Co-op Tulse Hill

Welcome to Co-op Tulse Hill, nestled at 178 Norwood Road in London, SE27 9AU. This vibrant grocery store offers not just the essentials, but a delightful array of quality goods that cater to every palate. With a strong emphasis on British sourcing, you’ll find mouth-watering options ranging from fresh meat to delectable baked goods, all at competitive prices.

One of the highlights of Co-op Tulse Hill is its selection of bestsellers. You absolutely cannot miss the Coop British Fresh Chicken Thighs, available at just £2.80 for 600g, delivering both value and quality in every bite. Pair that with the Coop Grown in Britain Carrots for a wholesome meal that champions local produce at an unbeatable £0.70 for 1kg.

As a food reviewer, I always look for standout offerings in any café or grocery store. Co-op Tulse Hill shines brightly with its in-store bakery. The Coop Milk Chocolate, Bakery Ball Doughnuts (4 pack for £1.30) are simply irresistible – soft, fluffy, and filled with just the right amount of chocolatey goodness. For a delicious treat, the Coop Bakery 18 Chocolate Caramel Shortcake Bites at £2.80 will certainly meet your sweet tooth’s demands.

When it comes to snacks, the Coop Sea Salt & Chardonnay Wine Vinegar Irresistible Crisps (150g for £1.90) offer a sophisticated crunch that pairs well with your afternoon tea. Or opt for the Coop Milk Chocolate Malted Milk Biscuits (250g at £1.50) for a comforting bite with your coffee.

Guilt-Free Indulgence

Co-op Tulse Hill offers a great array of chocolates and sweets, making it an excellent spot for a little self-indulgence. From Ferrero Rocher to Lindt Nocciolatte, there’s something for everyone. And if you're looking for lighter options, consider the Guylian The Original Seashells at £5.70 for a touch of luxury.

However, like any establishment, Co-op Tulse Hill faces its challenges. Recent reviews highlight concerns about product consistency, particularly the bakery items, where customers reported cookies being raw or undercooked. These experiences, although disappointing, remind us of the fluctuating standards that can occur in any retail environment.

Overall, Co-op Tulse Hill is more than just a grocery store; it’s a community hub that strives to deliver quality products. Their commitment to local sourcing combined with the wide variety of goods makes it a worthy stop for your culinary needs. Whether you're in search of fresh ingredients or a sweet treat, Co-op Tulse Hill has something to satisfy your cravings.

So, the next time you find yourself in the area, stop by and explore what Co-op Tulse Hill has to offer. You might just discover your new favorite snack!

Every time we come here to get cookies from the bakery section , they’re always raw and not fully cooked through . This is so unacceptable I’ve tried getting cookies from here times hoping it gets better . But the baker keeps not either putting them baking in the right setting or takes them out too early so they can go home earlier . I’ve worked in Sainsbury’s bakery before and I know each product has its own setting and you have to wait untill the over beeps to know it’s fully cooked . Please Fix this issue as your store is my most local .

Co-op many ,many years ago was the biggest shop in the UK sadly today its the worst especially the Tulse Hill branch. The staff are so rude especially the black African Woman whom works mornings / afternoon, her attitude towards not only customers but the way she speaks to fellow staff members especially the younger ones is disgusting, It's beyond belief she still holds her position. Her fake attitude wants you to punch her right in the face as well to how loud she is.Co-op is such a rip off with the biggest bosses smoking crack and crystal meth with rent boys in the past it should bow its head in utter shame , the sooner that vile rude woman is sacked the sooner my smile will be widened
